By purchasing a ticket and participating in our Virtual Trivia Fundraiser, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Format
This is a virtual event hosted online. All participants will join via a video conferencing platform (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a similar service). You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and the necessary software installed prior to the event.

No Refunds Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Inability to attend the event

- Technical difficulties on your end (internet issues, device problems, software incompatibility, etc.)

- Missing the event due to scheduling conflicts

Technology & Technical Issues
We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience; however, technology may fail. We are not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or failures caused by:

- Your internet service provider, device, or software

- The video conferencing platform itself

- Power outages, bandwidth limitations, or other external factors

In the event of a major technical failure on our side that prevents the event from proceeding, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide an alternative format. However, no refunds will be issued even in such cases.

Participant Responsibilities

- You must join the event on time using the link provided.

- You are responsible for testing your audio, video, and internet connection before the event starts.

- The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of individual participant technical issues.

- All participants are expected to follow basic etiquette and our code of conduct during the live event.

Fundraiser Proceeds
This event is a fundraiser, and all net proceeds will support participating organizations. Ticket prices are non-deductible as charitable contributions unless otherwise specified. Please consult your tax advisor for any potential tax benefits.

Recording & Privacy
The event may be recorded for archival or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use any recordings that include your image, voice, or contributions. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please keep your camera off and mute your microphone when not speaking.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the virtual trivia fundraiser, including any loss or damage related to technical failures.

Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make changes to the event format, date, time, or hosts if necessary. In such cases, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible.
