Add A Team

• 1) Register your Team (Click a step for instructions)

  • Go to CAUSETrivia.com => Choose Team Signup => Choose your Pilar (type of organization you support)
  • First time teams must set up a team account: Click Sign Up to complete the registration.
  • Once your team account is set, you can use it for future events

• 2) Create a payment processing account; CAUSETrivia uses Stripe **

  • Go to Stripe.com and set up your Stripe account

   

  Stripe.com is the payment processor used by amazon, Google, Shopify, and may other platforms to process "Split Payment Transactions"

• 3) CAUSETrivia will send you your account Link

  • CAUSETrivia uses VBO.events (Virtual Box Office) to manage our platform

• 4) Link your Stripe Account to receive payments:

  • Log into CAUSETrivia.com
  • Go to “Dashboard”
  • Choose Payment Method; then scroll up
  • Click on “Stripe”
  • Link your Stripe.com with CAUSETrivia.com

  • Note:  Your account must be linked with Stripe for each event

• 5) Sell Tickets to your CAUSETrivia Event

  • Marketing Materials will be provided
  • Digital Graphics (attached)
  • Posters (upon request)
  • Encourage students, families & community members to participate

• 6) To purchase tickets to your event

  • Go to: CAUSEcom
  • Choose Get Tickets
  • Click on your organizations event
  • Log into you user account to purchase a ticket to the event
  • First time participants need to set up a user account
  • Ticket sales close 48 hours prior to Event
  • Participants will receive Event reminders

• 7) Playing CAUSETrivia

  • Go to: CAUSETrivia.com 
  • Click blue link: "Trivia Sign-in" This open the Trivia Portal 
  • You must complete the form using an email that is associated with a purchased ticket!

  You will not be able to log into the trivia portal if your email address is not associated with a purchased ticket!
